Love Song: Better Together by Jack Johnson
May 1, 2009
Happy friday everyone!!! Todays love song is one found on my iPhone. Its not a new song actually – but thought it was a cute one to have in a wedding video or photo montage. The song is entitled Better Together by Jack Johnson.
Enjoy:
Here is a snippet:
I believe in memories
they look so, so pretty when I sleep
Hey now, and when I wake up,
you look so pretty sleeping next to me
But there is not enough time,
There is no, no song I could sing
and there is no combination of words I could say
but I will still tell you one thing
We’re Better together
If you have a unique love song? Please share…
Have a great weekend everyone!!! ![]()

This is not a bad choice for a wedding song. Different, non traditional. It’s funny when people choose wedding songs that on the surface seem like a love song, but actually aren’t. Like U2’s One, which is actually about a divorce. Heard that at two different weddings.

This was our first dance song at our wedding too! The words are so sweet and it was the only song that we really felt had any meaning for us.

Wow, this is such a great song! I listen to it in my car all the time but haven’t ever considered it as a wedding song, yet it always makes me smile. Great idea!

Jack Johnson writes some of the most amazing songs. He is truly in a class of his own, and its nearly impossible to be in a bad mood while you listen to his melodic voice. I cant wait for his new album, because Sleep Through The Static was great!
